Originally from Wales, UK, Steven set off to travel the world after completing a Diploma in Leisure studies. With an unwavering passion for the mountains, he trained as a snowboard instructor and avalanche guide in New Zealand where he
worked and played for many years.
Deeply fascinated by the spiritual world, Steven visited a psychic who told him to pursue a career in Sports Massage. Being one to follow signs the universe presents him with, Steven completed his Sports Massage training in London, UK shortly thereafter. After some time, he was introduced to the world of acupuncture where he became captivated by the depth of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the relaxing nature of the treatments. He has been practicing ever since.
Steven approaches each acupuncture session holistically and believes in the interconnectedness of everything. His style ranges from gentle and pain-free for those sensitive to needles to a deeper sports acupuncture approach for those ready – both equally as effective. He respects his clients’ comfort levels and only goes beyond what is comfortable with their consent. They are always in the driver’s seat.
His acupuncture ranges from gentle and pain free for those sensitive to acupuncture (by request) to deeper orthopedic acupuncture. Of particular interest to Steven is working with those struggling with addictions, emotions, trauma, stress, sleep, digestive issues, post and surgery muscle activation, injury, knee pain, shoulder pain, back pain, neck pain, mental health challenges, grief, and hand and foot pain.
