Please note we do not have front desk reception. All of our bookings are done online via our Jane platform. If you need to reach us please call 250-286-6063 for the downtown location or 250-926-3440 for Willow Point and we will aim to get back to you in the same or next business day. If you need to cancel your appointment and it is after the 24hr cancellation window please email us ASAP. While we understand that things come up, the high volume of late cancellations and no-shows has made a significant impact on our practitioners livelihoods. If you do not show up for your reserved appointment time, or cancel on short notice, your practitioner does not get paid for this time. We do require a credit card on file to use our online booking system. When booking, you acknowledge that your card will be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation.

If you are a new patient, please make sure that your intake and consent forms are filled out prior to your appointment to make the most of your time. If needed our downtown location does have an elevator to the right of the stairwell

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY (RMT) BOOKING POLICY Unless specified by your MD or as part of your treatment plan we only allow for 1 RMT appointment per week.

Registered Massage Therapy Prices as of April 1st, 2026

30 minute treatment - $90

45 minute treatment - $115

60 minute treatment - $140

90 minute treatment - $230

*RMT prices include GST
